| 3 | Booking application ensures the order meets table minimum and reserves selected table. Once the order is processed, the table will no longer be available for that date. |

| 4 | Log into TableMerchant.com to print out your nightly booking report showing which tables are reserved, by whom and the bottles they ordered. |

| 5 | At the end of each night, rate customer visits and build profiles to help you identify most valuable customers. This step is optional. |
